The forum was attended by different speakers and all the presentations resonated with the theme "Key skills for young people in the 21st century", in other words, what skills should be developed to be successful and for sustainable development in the age of information technology while overcoming the crises and challenges of our time.
Our colleague - Nasiba Mirpochoeva also actively participated in the Forum with the delegation from Tajikistan and made a presentation on "Motivational leadership."
Participants were given the opportunity to present their experience and acquire new knowledge, ask questions, directly hold discussions, share ideas, listen to the experts, and most importantly to share forecasts for the future and to generate new ideas for joint projects for training young people to develop key skills.
The goal of the forum was not only to create a platform for experts and practitioners, managers and youth leaders to discuss the key skills but also to give participants an opportunity to get acquainted with each other and learn about inter-regional and international projects on social media and key skills.
In total, the forum was held in a friendly, creative and exciting atmosphere, and at the end of forum, all participants were awarded with certificates and memorable photos and souvenirs from the organizers of the forum.
